  • Ensure that all employmentrequests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Ensure that every applicant receives a personalizedresponse to their application.
  • Ensure that thehotel page of the recruitment web-site is up-to-date and wellmaintained.
  • Ensure that all new joiners arepersonally welcomed and necessary paperwork completed in anorganized and efficient manner.
  • Ensure thatthe new joiner starting dates are communicated and coordinated withthe respective HODs and the Training Department.
  • Ensure that the employees anniversaries are tracked andanniversary gifts and cards are personally handed over by the Heador Department, Hotel and / or General Manager.
  • Ensure that the performance management procedures (TTTT)are tracked and accomplished.
  • Ensure that theemployee communication boards are up-to-date andattractive.
  • Ensure that the employee lockerrooms and cafeteria are looked after.
  • Ensurethat every leaver receives an exit interview.
  • Additional objectives and responsibilities can be addedat any time, depending on the need of the business andhotel.
