  • Main ResponsibilitiesGreet, check in, and escort guests promptly to their roomsAddress special guest preferences recorded in guest history profilesProvide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest’s experienceArrange fulfilment of guest services by working with the Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations and Room Service colleaguesCommunicate clearly with the Night Duty Manager and Accounting DepartmentEstablish a good working knowledge of the Hotel outlets and productsPrint and drop cash out, adjustment slips, paid out voucher, and bank count reportsCheck cash float at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure at all times that amounts are correctRequirementsMinimum 2 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environmentA minimum of 1 years of Front Office experiencePrevious experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantageAbility to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer servicePerform job with attention to details and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectivelyClear communication;
