With us you will be responsible for the day to day direct and indirect coordination of governance forums as outlined within our governance framework.

You will play a key role working within Vodafone Qatar to coordinate and align stakeholders on upcoming governance forums as per the yearly schedule, including (purpose, content, and timing).

Ensure all relevant information and content for governance forum is consolidated and sent in a timely manner. Manage record keeping of the forum and proactively follow up with key stakeholders to capture responses to requested actions.

Manage all information control through a centralized repository of governance documentation. Gather key performance indicators to update governance balanced scorecard.

Track and prioritize issues and follow through as necessary. Identify and drive process improvements. Manage multiple tasks in high-

pressure environment with minimal supervision. You will also play a key role in the assessment, quantification and mitigation of operational and delivery risks associated with the new status of Vodafone Qatar.

You will support the Partnership Manager in the performance of their duties.
