Job Summary Provide Assistance and requiredadministrative support to Employee Relations Manager with the casesof appeals and grievances.
Ensuring the proper documentation of allcases handled by the Employee Relation Department. Accountabilites Provide support and work closely with the EmployeeRelations Manager in extracting all the supporting documents of thecases handled by the team.
Assist in reviewing all appeals andrequests and draft reports for Employee Relations Manager toreview.
