  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Report any problems with office equipment;help resolve the issues if possible.
  • Conductclerical duties including answer phones, direct calls, take anddeliver messages as needed; prepare outgoing mail;
  • sort and deliverincoming mail to appropriate persons.

  • Help toimmediately resolve and mediate employee complaints.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, includingcoordinating calendars and security meeting spaces.
  • Provide administrative support for operationsteam.
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyableworking environment.
  • Ensuring the officestationery supply is sufficient and creating the layout of theoffice.
  • Reporting an accomplishment andpending tasks to site services lead in a weekly basis.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned time totime.
  • Minimum Qualification

  • 3y Experience in administration
  • Ability to Manage Team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,or any related field.
  • English languageliteracy
  • Computer literate; proficient usingMicrosoft suite.
  • Confident using officemachinery (printers, fax machines, photocopies, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills anddealing with any emergency problems professionally.
