Qatar Airways Group has HR Management positions available based in DOHA, QATAR in the following areas :
MANAGER HR - Doha International Airport (DIA)
Reporting to the EVP HR, this role is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing change initiatives for DIA and the new DIA in order to successfully support this expanding business.
The role will focus on ensuring compliance with Government and International policies and objectives, and the incumbent should have the ability to project manage within a multicultural environment.
Key to this role is the ability to build strong relationships with client areas and be accountable for the transition and employee plans to ensure the new DIA manpower requirements are delivered in a timely manner.
The applicant must have proven influencing skills and a minimum of 5 or more years experience in Human Resources in an aviation environment.
Exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques are essential requirements. The ability to speak Arabic would be an added advantage.
HR Line Manager Positions
Reporting to the SVP Human Resources these roles will be responsible for the entire range of HR operations to the client areas : Sourcing & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Retention Management, HR cost control / reduction projects, Performance Management, Client Management and Employee Engagement.
The successful applicant will be required to provide sound interpretation and application of HR policies, applying a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgment and initiative.
MANAGER HR - Commercial
To be considered for this challenging position you must have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience, including 3years within a commercial airline environment.
MANAGER HR - Qatar Duty Free Company / Qatar Distribution Company
To be considered for this extraordinary position you must have a minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience in a Retail environment having dealt with high-
end luxury goods or duty free products.
MANAGER HR - Qatar Aircraft Catering Company
The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years HR experience within a food manufacturing or food & beverage environment along with knowledge of a broad range of human resources principles and practices.
Key to this role is the ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines. Business process redesign and change management experience will be well regarded.
MANAGER HR - Cargo Sales & Operations
The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years HR experience within a Freight / Cargo / Transportation environment with knowledge of a broad range of human resources principles and practices, and be able to deliver tasks within tight timescales.
End to end process re-design experience will be well regarded.
