About the role
In this role as an HR Generalist dedicated to the Customer Experience division , you would be looking at providing professional Human Resources support to the Manager Human Resources, actively contributing to the development and implementation of the HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organisational design, retention, reward and employee engagement.
You would be involved in :
Working closely with key line managers and assisting them to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Together with the Manager Human Resources, drive the HR agenda and implement key actions as agreed.
Assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process.
Implement Human Resources policies such as performance management, disciplinary and absence management.
Advise on pay and other remuneration issues including promotions and transfers.
Supports the development of people strategy to build capability and drive a high performance culture.
Understand all people elements of the business and work with the Manager Human Resources in the development of HR strategy and actions.

Relevant college or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level
5+ years’ experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR functions in a HR Specialist / Officer role.
Have a strong understanding of best practice HR Management theories
Hold experience in Org design, JD development, grievance handling and experience in handling investigations.
The candidate should be quick to think on their feet, be able to handle a high pressure work environment and be able to multi-task.
An advanced degree or recognized accreditation in Human Resources is advantageous but not essential
