Job Description :
The Contracts & Claims Manager will focus on the Build Projects Construction. This individual will possess business development, estimating, and project management skills as well as experience and knowledge with construction practices in the GCC.
Part of a leadership team, the Contracts & Claims Manager will assist in the preparation of change orders, proposals, time impact analysis reports and overall claims.
Ability to review and address technical issues with solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Must possess excellent communication and oral presentation and written skills.
Goal Oriented and able to set goals independantly and achieve them.
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to work well amoung people at all organizational levels
Excellent Organizational skills - able to plan, prioritize, organize, and monitor activities and projects.
Able to work in a group environment and foster a team approach.
Must have the ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups in specific timelines and guidelines.
Pursues, builds and maintains strong relationships to enable effective communication with the client.
Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
