Role Purpose :
AProgram Manager-Sr. Project manager for TSS Programs / Mega projects that are supported by the center of excellences of more than 6 years’ experience isrequired.
The purpose of the role is to support the TSS transformation projectprogression and quality, develops program strategies and consolidated plans, identify the methods and tools required, and Ensure Business partners and Customer satisfaction through owning the delivery process.
Also, the purpose of the Roles is to own the improvement plan of the projects under the scope of the program, Ensure the efficiency of utilization of program resources allocated to thevarious work streams.
The propose of the role is to managethe Programs / Mega Projects under TSS that are responsible for the delivery ofVarious technologies to TSS Customers and being able to control the various projects under the Program and provide new opportunities.
Accountabilities, Competencies & KPIs :
Manage one of TSS Programs / Massive projects that are supported by the center of excellences
support the TSS transformation project progression and quality, develops program strategies and consolidated plans, identify the methods and tools required, and Ensure Businesspartners and Customer satisfaction through owning the delivery process.
Manage the Programs under TSS that are responsible for the delivery of Various technologies to TSS Customers and being able to control the various projects under the Program and provide new opportunities.
planning and designing the Programme and proactively monitoring its progress,resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
defining the program’s governance arrangements
ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the Programme -focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the Programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmesand corporate, technical and specialist standards
managingthe programme's budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the programme progresses
facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and Programme governance arrangements
ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's individual projects
managing third party contributions tothe programme
managing communications with all stakeholders
managing both the dependencies and the interfaces betweenprojects
managing risks to the programme's successful outcome
working with the business change manager or equivalenton the transition to the new business as usual position
initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise
reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to the programme director if this role is also defined

support the Onboarding Projects
Achievemore Expansion on the Road map of the program
Projects Delivery on time and with Quality
Qualifications & Skills :
B.S Computer or telecommunications Engineering or B.S Computer Engineering
Cross-functional background, havea working experience in more than one area / discipline
Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a project & Program Management Field(as PM or Prog. Mgr.), with at least 1 year in technical expertise For awareness of the deliverables being supported .
Experience of working on projects & Programs that span multi-disciplinary areas of differing size and complexity to meet business Expectations and deliver results.
Prince 2 Practitioner certification achieved or any Equivalent Certificate in the Project & Program Mgmt Field
effectiveleadership, interpersonal and communication skills
the ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
sound business case development and approvals skills
good understanding ofthe procurement process including negotiation with third parties
good knowledge of programme and project management methods including MSPand PRINCE2(external link opens in a new window / tab)
goodknowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme
Fluent in English
Technicality is a plus (Infrastructure / Hosting / SoA)
