DohaAbout your JobIn this interesting role you will be the contact point for all marketing and advertising requests for the internal Creative Services team and subsequent management of projects and communication back to stakeholders.
Additionally, the role is required to be a key point for planning of project timelines, and management of stakeholder expectations.
This role will support the Manager Advertising production and Manager Advertising Design to ensure the quality and integrity of the brand is safeguarded, by acting as the custodian of the brand.
The role also will be a key marketing contact responsible for delivery of materials within required deadlines and ensure that all parties are aware of milestone timings of projects.
Some of the job responsibilities will include : Managing the traffic of all advertising and design requests from internal and external stakeholders through to the internal Creative Services design team.
Managing the return traffic of all advertising and design materials from the internal Creative Services design team through to stakeholders.
Ensuring that all requirements of advertising and design requests are complete, clear and understandable for designers, whether internal or with external partners.
Ensuring that all materials meet the requirements of the Marketing and Advertising Style guides.Being the leader and gatekeeper of Creative Services' workflow and processes, and ensure all relative steps are followed for accuracy and quality.
Managing the creation of advertising content for print media, and also for other kinds of brand and marketing communications material such as signage, brochures and point of sale materials.
Ensuring quality and integrity of the brand by ensuring that it follows the company's communication strategy and prescribed brand guidelines.
Communicating with other areas of the business and internal stakeholders, providing Marketing and design services to support business development.
Managing projects with 3rd party advertising agencies including brief writing, concept feedback, material production and delivery.
Taking ownership and accountability for the delivery of key Marketing projects and consistently managing the technical integrity and quality of all materials dispatched.
Developing new processes and train other members of design team in related software and processes, to maintain a common level of understanding and workflow.
Working effectively and cohesively with other members of the internal design team and QR Marketing team to ensure creative consistency and quality.
Performing other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the DepartmentManaging the team to check and approve quality of major Printing Materials, i.
e. Brochures.To be committed and contribute to the National talent development, by coaching the national developees, preparing them for a career with boundless potential.
Leading to the program’s continued growth and success.Assisting in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.

Contributing towards Qatar Airways Group Environmental Objectives and targets and the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System.
About YouYou will need to have a : Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant major.Previous Experience : Minimum 5 years relevant experienceProven track-record of producing content for international brands, experience in managing work flow (particularly brand design or creative output) from an agency or client design team
