Overseeing the day to day runnings of the busy children’s department.
Managing the children’s weekly schedules.
Managing the working schedule for the nannies.
Liaising with the children’s school teachers about curriculum content, upcoming school events etc.
Every afternoon, after school the role will include supplementing school content with extra-curricular activities to enhance the children’s learning.
Checking stock levels on all items concerning the children’s department and submitting purchase requests.
Liaising with the head chef (and nutritionist) about the children’s diet.
Organising and taking children out to do activities.
Being flexible that plans can suddenly change and having a back up or adapt quickly when given instructions.
Supervising medical records and appointments, contacting the family doctor when required.
Ensuring the nannies are keeping standards high by following the correct protocols .
Maintaining a highly professional manner at all times, dealing with both internal and external staff and personnel.
