About the Job :

You will be responsible to carryout commercial evaluations of tenders and projects. You will plan and manage each project at task level and monitor project budget and provide expense report.

You will also ensure effective monitoring of raising Purchase Requests, Single-Source, CMC approvals and contracts review


Your other responsibilities include : -

  • Ensure proper control and recording of the product selection agreements / commercial contracts / proposals received from contracts department and maintain an up-
  • to-date database to assists Aircraft Program team.

  • Liaise with concerned departments to ensure that latest revisions, approved copies of agreements / contracts are provided to Aircraft Programs.
  • Review the contracts from time-to-time to ensure that program / project is delivered in accordance with the signed contract.

  • Review / evaluate new contracts related to Aircraft Programs and ensure that all terms and conditions are implemented in accordance with the latest proposals and compliance matrices for Product Specifications, Purchase Agreements and Standard Terms and Conditions submitted by the suppliers.
  • Negotiate the contractual terms with the suppliers and assist Contracts Department with the finalization of the contract in a timely manner.

  • Ensure timely raising of all Purchase Requests, Single Source Requests, CMC approval requests, Purchase Agreements, Product Specifications Documents -
  • maintain high levels of accuracy while raising these documents. Organise a proper recording and effective monitoring / follow-

    up of these documents until completion / approval. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and all concerned to obtain and maintain updated contractual BFE / SFE list.

    Maintain follow-up to ensure compliance with on-dock dates. Resolve issues that can impact on-time deliveries of BFE / SFE material.

  • Evaluate BFE lists and ensure accuracy of data. Highlight findings immediately to the concerned parties for appropriate corrective actions or clarifications in case of deficiency / discrepancy.
  • Evaluate commercial proposals and prepare evaluation reports for product selection. Coordinate with Project Engineers, Cost Control, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and other relevant departments / areas to ensure that all relevant aspects that can have a cost impact are adequately covered.
  • Set-up each project in QTR-CRM (task management tool) and provide project management support to Project Engineers. Identify critical paths, project risks and conflicts and escalate them to Project Engineers for timely resolution.
  • Maintain close monitoring of all open tasks. Communicate and assist all concerned for timely closure of these tasks.

  • Monitor all project expenses to ensure that these are maintained within the budgeted amount. Escalate any risk of budget over-
  • run to Project Engineers.

  • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
  • Develop, integrate and maintain a database of all projects and associated documents for future reference.
  • Identifying and timely issuance of notification to BFE equipment vendors for changes in aircraft delivery schedule / aircraft definition

  • Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level in Science, Commerce, Law or Business Administration
  • Previous Experience : Essential


  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in project and tasks management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with major Airline / MRO or Aviation industry.
  • Preferred

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in airlines’ technical department environment.
  • Experience in supporting or handling projects, raising purchase requests and evaluation reports.
  • Job Specific Skills : Essential


  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, report writing, planning, organising and analysing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours.

    Knowledge of aircraft BFE / SFE list and related documents
