Conduct daily site tour withproject team to monitor the execution of works and siteprogress.
Prepare the weeklyproject schedule and follow up status with the projectstaff.
Conduct weekly progressmeetings with all subcontractors and suppliers.
Oversee the project team in their work performancewith the construction activities as per plans, specifications andapproved contract documents.
Leadthe project team in complying the standards with regards toQuality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) and governmentalstandards.
Prepare the manpowerand equipment forecast as required for the whole project durationin coordination with the Planning Department.
Coordinate with Procurement Department for thestatus of materials procurement activities and approval ofmaterials with client.
Administerthe approval of project valuations; make sure to follow up theclient for clearing the payments.
Participate in the finalization of Project ProgressReports; ensure to submit with clients in a timelymanner.
Keep track on the overallperformance of subcontractors and ensure that works are executedaccordingly.
Review and approvethe project site petty cash, invoices and all paymentcertificates.
Monitor the statusof preconstruction submittals such as but not limited to materialsubmittals, shop drawings, method statement, inspection test planetc.
Attend weekly progressmeeting with client and consultant; discuss the issues and concernswith the project team.
Ensurethat the materials and equipment are properly in placed as perschedule; provide preventive measure for any delay.
Monitor the attendance of employees atproject site.
Participate withthe tender requirement and review full details of newly awardedprojects.
Attend meeting with theManagement for the overall site progress; ensure to discusscritical issues and provide probable solutions.
Perform project risk analysis; lead in thepreventive and corrective actions in order to avoid major impact inproject costs, resources and image of the company ingeneral.
Approver of petty cash,invoices and other project financial and contractualdocuments.
Assess performance ofsubordinates; recommend for promotion / demotion.
Approver of QA / QC and QHSE documents.
