We are looking for a talent who can be responsible for the revenue optimization of cargo capacity of part QR network (Passenger and Freighter flights) for a respective region.

Assists in setting the strategies for the optimization of the group of flights under their responsibility and manage, develop and motivate a team of Lead Strategic Analysts and Flight Analysts on their zone.

We need you to share your skills and fresh ideas, this includes :

  • Determines the RM (Revenue Management) strategies : Inventory controls Optimum mix between Allotment and Free-Sales Capacity, products, density, O&D mix.
  • Overbooking levels Entry-conditions

  • Ensures these strategies are implemented by the team.
  • Monitor the business impact of these strategies through reports and feedback from the Lead Strategic Analysts and instruct analysts on change in strategies when needed.
  • Close co-ordination between RM, Operations and IOC Cargo to manage shipment FAP, capacity optimization and disruptions
  • Constantly interact with Cargo Sales Management and guide their actions to steer the demand on unconstrained routes and to maximize the revenues on constrained routes.

    About you

  • Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalent
  • 7+ years’ relevant experience, out of which 2 years in cargo sales, revenue management and / or pricing
  • Have held senior role in Cargo revenue management for a network carrier and have a demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and advanced problem solving capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of cargo operational and commercial processes required by an international network carrier, including network planning, sales, etc.
