Job Title : Sr Analyst ? Procurement Process Optimization Job Objective Support the successful transformation for the Procurements functions with primary focus on Sourcing and Contracting , supplier management and facilitates the requirements through out the different phases.

Responsible for all business process development and continues process improvement. Key responsibilities ? Ensure Procurement Operations occur in accordance with all relevant legal , regulatory and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required.

  • Own the End to End Business processes of Procurement and Contracting Services covering the Core Purchasing , Sourcing and Contracts Management etc.
  • Own the planning , coordination and seamless implementation of ERP systems across the Procurement and Contracting Services ?
  • Liaise and coordinate with the relevant teams (System Integrators , IT , Suppliers , ?etc.) for implementing the Best Practices in the Prourement systems.

  • Own the Master Data , covering (but not limited to) Supplier Master , Item Master , Products Catalogue and Categories Management in line with the Standard Best practices.
  • Represent the Procurement department in relevant stake holder meetings throughout the Project life cycle management. ?
  • Develop and implement the framework for monitoring Procurement KPIs and relevant business performance indicators. ? Establish , implement continuous process improvements for all parts of business and performance management in Sourcing and Contracting Services Key requirements-

    Bachelor Degree in any relevant field -Minimum 8 Years of experience in procurement with focus on Supplier Management , Contracting & Sourcing and Master Data Management.

  • Hands on experience in Procurement transformation , process improvements and excellent in analytics . -Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within Supply Chain function with involvement in Procurement Systems implementation projects.
  • Middle East Experience is highly preferred -MS ? Office , SCM Applications -Business Fluent English , Arabic is a plus -
  • Demonstrate the rich Domain knowledge and experience across the Procurement Business processes , specializing in Sourcing and Contracts Management.

  • Demonstrate Project Governance experience in Tier 1 ERP system (SAP / Oracle etc.) for Procurement related business processes.
  • Must have excellent understanding of procurement processes end to end / clear knowledge of best practices.
