Plan, organize and control theSoft Services operation including housekeeping, office supportservices, waste management, pest control in a professional mannerensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the clients asper the contractual specification of housekeepingservices.
Achieve excellence in all areas ofservice ensuring compliance with company recognizedstandards.
Set objectives and ensure that allthe departments are performing within the scope of work achievingexcellence in service.
Ensure that functional heads are wellinformed about contractual obligations in their given areas ofactivities.
Liaise with client or theirrepresentative on site to receive feedback on the servicesprovided.
Liaise with Operations Manager andother section heads in all aspects of location operation. Takenecessary decisions within authority as and when required to ensurethe smooth running of the location.
Implementall aspects of the agreed accounting procedures. Ensure effectiveexecution of all contingency plans in case of anemergency.
Inspect all areas of operationregularly to ensure compliance with company and client’sstandards and procedures.
Hold regularmeetings with function heads to review operational requirements,achievements and improvements.
Identify stafftraining needs and initiate training process in coordination withsuperiors. Monitor and supervise on-the-job training process onlocation as per training guidelines and procedures.
Ensure to keepup to date records of all training, both of-the-job andon-the-job.
Ensure all work is carried out incompliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmentmanagement system.
