Assist andsupport management and the leadership team with handling andresolving HumanResources issues.
Assistemployees with internal and external transfer requests andprocedures. Monitor and assist managers / supervisors with hiringprocesses and issues.
Coordinate and conductapplicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motorvehicle checks, and social security number verification.
Maintainapplicant flow, drug screen, orientation and transfer requestlogs.
Create and maintain new hire and personnelfiles and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.Assist with orientation of new employees.
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes forcompliance with all local, state, and federal laws and companypolicies and standards.
Ensure accuratemaintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interviewdocuments, I-9’s).
