Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the hospital facility with good interpersonal skills Managing the operation of running contracts and assigning the adequate manpower as per proposal submission Familiarization with Facility Management and Maintenance way of tendering Skilled enough to do value engineering for all the critical systems and knowledge of how to estimate the PP & CM cost of all MEP systems.
Any nationality and gender Age : below 50 Language : English / Arabic With a transferable visa and valid QID / NOC Residing in Qatar
