Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesØ Develop operational standards; and direct, oversee, and promote the entirety of front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations ensuring the achievement of productivity, quality, profitability, and customer service goals.
Ø Create and maintain restaurant’s menu and identity. Develop recipes and orchestrate the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications.
Ø Direct, supervise, evaluate, and train staff members; and work with the HR department to support the recruitment and development initiatives.
Ø Ensure the restaurant environment and appearance create a positive impression.Ø Ensure correct stock levels are always available, and all stock items are up to the specifications and standards applicable to each item.
Ø Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations, safety codes, and all other relevant requirements and liabilities.Ø Ensure expenditures are within the authorized annual budget, and provide analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
Ø Respond to customer complaints and interact with customers to ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
