Attending to Inspection Requests(IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriateaction in a timely manner.
Reviewing submittedshop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, localcodes and statutory requirements and international bestpractice.
Reporting any works carried out bycontractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing andspecifications and report to stakeholders for appropriateaction.
Monitoring quality of works and assessthe safety at site including health and environmental issues,ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications andsafety and health risk assessments.
Maintaining records for daily activities on siteincluding progress photos and ensure they are readily available forinspection as and when required.
Preparingsurveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site andnonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the developmentof events.
Checking and ensuring effectiveco-ordination between discipline related works and all otherdisciplines.
Providing technical input andexperiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site thatmay arise.
