We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About Your Job : You will be responsible to develop and monitor activities of the HR Employee Services team.

It will be your primary responsibility to ensure compliance, quality, efficiency and accuracy of information. Additionally, accountable to transcribe and implement time changes to HR Services system modules by adhering to policies, procedure, programs and ensure changes are dynamically reflected in HR systems to maintain error free employee data base and timely service delivery to employees various other stakeholders within the QR group.

Key Responsibilities : Responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR Services such as employee banking, leave, beneficiary enrolment, letters to employees by ensuring readiness of adequate systems.

Accountable for maintaining smooth operations at Employee Services Centre adhering company policies, procedures and programs.

Accountable to transcribe and implement timely changes to employee service modules such as employee banking, HR letters, all type of Leave, Personal info update, Buddy Pass Program, Attendance, Overtime, Travel entitlement in GEMS, HRMS, RAHAL and other systems by adhering to HR policies.

Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions wherever possible, communicate and make recommendations to upper management for making appropriate decisions.

Find opportunities to streamline business processes and recommend procedural changes on new and existing programs and process improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot problems, develop alternative approaches for problem resolution, and coordinate with appropriate human resources specialists to implement corrective actions.

Coordinates schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions.Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations.

Provide advisory services, assistance and support on difficult assignments and / or problems to various HR units within QR Group.

Communicate and update management on availability, productivity and quality of services provided.Research and interpret regulations, guidelines, policies and directives from higher levels and conducting comprehensive research to apply problem-solving skills to difficult cases.

Assist and support various sections with ongoing process improvement and automation projects.Administer and provide comprehensive support to HR staff for performing their duties and facilitate training based on needs of staff within the team.

Ensure fair distribution of job among HR staff and conduct cross training to develop skills to perform various job functions within HR Services.

Proactively anticipate bottlenecks and put forward solutions to ensure smooth and timely execution of requests.Ensure that all transactions of unit / s are handled professionally and in a timely manner as per QA standardProvide reports to HR management, HR Business support, HR Employee Relations and HR Welfare for various purposes such as evaluation, comparison, investigation etc.

Prepare monthly productivity report of HR Service Centre.About You : A successful candidate will have : Relevant college or university qualifications to min.
