About Your Job : This exciting opportunity has arisen in our Product Development and Design team as we are looking for Fashion & Textile Design Specialist who will be responsible to deliver innovative ideas and developing commercially appealing designs and prints for a variety of fabrics, and other related materials, using both natural and man-made fibers.

You will be accountable for sketch designs, select fabrics, patterns and provide instructions on how to produce products as per the set deign standards.

You will be part of a team responsible for the development of aircraft interior definitions for QR reporting to the line manager in product development.

As a Fashion & Textile Design Specialist will be visualizing ideas and creating designs by hand, using specialist software and computer-

aided design (CAD) programs to develop a range of patters for inflight products.

In this position will need to liaise very closely with the aircraft interiors team and will have to attend all related milestone meetings to develop products which meet the specific criteria as briefed by the Product Design Manager.

Additionally you would be responsible for creating reports, presentations & other supporting documents in order to give a clear understanding to the management of on-going projects.

You would be in charge of making well informed decisions on the selection of appropriate materials for designs taking in to consideration maintainability and commercial limitations as well as producing concepts, mood boards and maintaining fabric swatch booklets for current and future reference.

About You : In order to be considered for this role you should have a minimum 5 years of job related experience, preferably as a Fashion & Lifestyle Designer.

Also, you would be graduated with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion or Textile design.

You would possess managerial skills and the ability of delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.

Strong influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills would be an advantage in this job.
