DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review products in accordance with OEM repair proceduresand determine required process and lead-time.
Ensure that the customer is promptly informed and updatedon all findingsduring repair or overhaul.
Ensurethat all work is agreed and authorised by the customer prior to anywork.Manage workloads and prioritise resources to ensure that allwork is completed on time.
Ensure that all workis completed to company standards and clientsexpectation.
