Ensure that all cash handling isdone properly.
Responsible for making sure thatcashiers are on task and behaving appropriately for work.
Analyse, prioritize and act quickly to ensure that everydetail related to customers is addressed as soon as possible.
Price over-rides are done when required.
Perform store opening and closing procedures including Safe Roomand Safe Vault Responsibilities.
Issue and ControlRefunds or Exchange of products from Customer Service as perCompany Policy.
Customer is fully satisfied whenleaving the store.
Supervising the checkouts andcustomer service
Operate Cash Register when staff ison breaks
On the spot checking of cash for shortages,or excess on the till.
Enter prices on cash register,packing or placed merchandise in the bag.
Pricechange if any wrong price display.
Credit cardReconciliation at the end of the day by taking the settlementreport.
Assisting cashier with checking of Bank Notesand Foreign Currencies if they have doubt.
Assistingcustomers if they need help.
Supply of smalldenomination change if needed.
