  • Greet and welcome guests as soonas they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitorsto the appropriate person and office
  • Answer,screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and viaphone / email
  • Receive, sort and distributedaily mail / deliveries
  • Maintain officesecurity by following safety procedures and controlling access viathe reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Manage the daily drivers schedule and assignments
  • Any further admin or support tasks as per thebusiness need (The tasks should always be under the reception / frontdesk scope of work)
