Responsible for all human resources pre-opening activities including recruitment, on boarding, training, employee development and welfare etc.
Setting up the department in line with corporate and local guidelines while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Post opening will be responsible for the continuation of entire human resources function with a hands on approach reflecting company and brand vision.
