Take room service orders over thephone.
Answer questions on menu selections,and check with kitchen staff.
Answer guestquestions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style ofvarious wines.
Place and log call back forroom service order. Notify guests and management of delays inservice delivery.
Communicate additional mealrequirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to thekitchen.
Maintain cleanliness of work areasthroughout the day. Record transaction in MICROS system at time oforder.
Complete all closing reports, includingMICROS reports. Process all payment methods.
Follow all company and safety and security policies andprocedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditionsto manager;
and complete safety training andcertifications.
Ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information, and protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to companystandards, anticipate and address guests' service needs,assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuineappreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage, and answer telephones using appropriateetiquette.
Develop and maintain positiveworking relationships with others, and support team to reach commongoals.
Ensure adherence to qualityexpectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance.
Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested by Supervisors.
