About Your Job :

In this role, you will provide service experience to candidates and new joining employees for QR group at the candidate center, during the joining formalities and post-joininig.

Services and Operations

  • Up hold 5 Star service within the joininig team operation.
  • Provide effective operational support to the joining coordinators, colleagues and stake holders.
  • Communicate effectively at all times for smooth operations and services.
  • Warmly meet and greet, provide assistance to candidates, joining staff for QR group at the candidate centre.
  • Assist with copying or scanning of documentation as required within joining formalities session.
  • Meet new employees at the candidate centre for the employment contract signing and provide necessary instruction on their passport and Qatar ID card collection.
  • Keep self-updated with new policy and processes, regulations provide appropriate information and assistance to new joiners and employees.
  • Administrative assistance

  • Contract coordination for new joininig employee from generating till obtaining necessary authorization, maintaining the log, liaison between other department HR / admin team.
  • Liaise with the transportation department to arrange cargo trucks for new joiners’ luggage as required.
  • Prepare the joining welcome allowance report for the upcoming joining day.
  • Assign messengers in delivering and submission of documents to stake holders.
  • Coordination of employee file submission to HR payroll team.
  • Maintain department stationary stock and place monthly order.
  • Coordination of the HR On-boarding driver schedule and assignment.
  • Ensure the joining forms and materials is appropriately prepared with QR standard and maintain the sufficient stock at all times.

    About You :

    A successful candidate will have trade or vocational qualification with minimum 3 years of job related experience, also experience working in a high volume customer facing role.

    Experience within the hospitality, training development shared services, customer contact centre or F&B will be preferred.

    We are looking for someone with strong communication skills in a multicultural environment, multi- tasking, problem solving skills, approacble and outgoing witha positive attitude.

    Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
