Job Summary

  • Direct all operational aspects including distributionoperations, customer service, human resources, administration andsales.
  • Assess local market conditions andidentify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and businessplans.
  • Meet goals and metrics.
  • Manage budget and allocate fundsappropriately.
  • Bring out the best ofbranch’s personnel by providing training, coaching,development and motivation.
  • Locate areas ofimprovement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges andleverage growth opportunities.
  • Share knowledgewith other branches and headquarters on effective practices,competitive intelligence, business opportunities andneeds.
  • Address customer and employeesatisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to highethical standards, and comply with all regulations / applicablelaws.
  • Network to improve the presence andreputation of the branch and company.
