Responsibilities : Implement and maintaincompany’s Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations atwork site.Assists the Project Manager for implementation andmonitoring of the HSE System as per the Integrated ManagementSystem.
Carries out Health & Safety Hazard Impact / RiskAssessment and Environmental Aspects Impacts / Risk Assessment forthe site.
Carries out work place inspections and raises HSENCR’s for Non conformities.Ensures work site is in safeconditions (Health, Safety & Environmentally).
Ensurescalibration & approval of all HSE monitoring Equipment andensure needed certifications for lifting equipment, machineries,Slings etc.
Facilitates implementation of corrective &preventive actions identified as part of HSE Inspections andAudits.Ensures First aid and HSE Emergency Procedures for the siteare established and maintained.
Report immediately to Client andSHEQ Division Head any Incident which may occur. Then shallpromptly start the Investigation then issue the IncidentInvestigation report and communicate the lesson learned to Staffand Workforce.
Maintain HSE records at site. Send Monthly HSE reportand statistics to SHEQ Division.Maintain good communication andcoordination with the client HSE team and attend HSE Meetingsrelated to the project.
Communicate to workers information onworkplace hazards and their Management.Conduct HSE meetings andpromote safe work practices.
Ensure close-out of Inspection / Auditrecommendations.Reasonably familiar with Client HSE Policies,Procedures and guidelines.
Ensure that the works are carried out asper the approved Contract HSE plan on sites.Ensure that the workscomply with the Project Method Statements and Job SafetyAnalysis.
