About your Job :
In this role, you are responsible to Influence commercial performance and optimize corporate revenue, yield and profitability network-
wide through effective pricing strategies. you need to develop, negotiate and drive pricing strategies and processes across all channels and deploy systems to support pricing decision making and automation requirements.
Main Accountabilities :
Lead initiatives in ensuring optimum synergies are created between Pricing and Demand in assisting delivering company KPI’s of RASK / Yield / Load Factor / Revenue.
Develop and maintain effective pricing strategies and fare structures across all channels based upon evaluation of trends in market conditions.
Identify ways to improve revenue contribution and quality of revenue through innovation and process improvements including development of technical pricing.
Lead and deploy effective pricing systems to support the pricing decision making and automation requirements, coach pricing and sales support staff in best practices to ensure maximum efficiencies to optimize revenues.
Ensure that there are clear processes in place for the development, implementation and adjustment of pricing strategies for Qatar Airways growing international network with the necessary time to market to ensure we are competitive within the market at all times.
About you :
Shortlisted candidate must have :
Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level
Minimum 8 years relevant experience
Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
