  • Answer, record, log, and processall guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Operate telephone switchboard station.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screeningcalls, do not disturb, call forwarding, conference calls, TDD relaycalls, and non-registered guest calls.
  • Adviseguest of any messages received.
  • Monitor busyor unanswered lines, check back with callers on hold to updatestatus, and offer to take a message.
  • Receive,record, and relay messages accurately, completely, andlegibly.
  • Activate / deactivate guest roommessage lights as appropriate.
  • Instruct guestson how to access the internet; transfer guests with problems toprovider's customer support line.
