In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of QR Holidays. Ensure that the daily business of the division, its outstations and implants are performing according to company procedures and policies, and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction through all QRH touch points, in addition to being responsible for sales performing of the Operations team.
Responsible for creating a continuous process of assessment and change, meeting and surpassing revenue targets while keeping costs stable
Responsible for project managing new partner integration initiatives e.g. franchisees or new outstation QRH set-up
Increasing conversion rate of sales leads by tracking customer requests (email, calls & visits through internal CRM) and coaching team in sales and customer service
Responsible for all customer relations matters ensuring that customer complaints are adequately investigated and professionally responded to within policy and agreed timelines
Responsible for all operational matters across all QRH offices in Qatar and outstations, covering sales, financial, operational efficiency and staff performance matters
You must have Relevant College or University Qualification to min Bachelor's level, with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
You should have retails sales experience and call center management experience. Technical experience (systems) and people management required.
