HR Generalist has a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.
Provide support and coordinate key HR projects, initiatives and activities that impact the whole Company. Under the general supervision of the Head of Human Capital Strategy & Rewards, the department provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services, including :
employee engagement initiatives
people policies and procedures
organizational structures
assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
assist in development and implementation of HR policies
undertake tasks around performance management
gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, people data and insights
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification Required :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
Educational Qualification Preferred : Master's degree.
Work Experience Required : at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Preferred : Experience in Oil and Gas in similar roles
