Work with the Project Lead andProject Manager to identify, plan and implement initiatives to takeforward the development and improvement of the project managementbusiness .
Work closely with the entirecommunication directorate Managers and Heads on variouscommunication programs and initiatives to ensure all are aligned tothe over-all QF Communications strategy .
Responsible for the successful service level agreementimplementation and monitoring of delivery .
Support the rollout of PMO scope through training of newjoiners on tools and processes in place .
Collaborate in the planning, implementation, evaluationand updating of Communication’s business strategy withthe goal of reaching the over-all objectives, mission and vision ofthe Foundation .
Deliver high quality andefficient services to meet the needs of the internal departmentsand external stakeholders ensuring targets are met as a minimum.
Ensure high levels of project focusedworkflow and smooth and effective inter-departmental project lifespan while managing both interactions within QF Communication andwith key stakeholders .
Conceptualizeand propose projects based on departmental strategic objectives.
Run surveys to assess the delivery of themessages intended to be delivered .
Conductresearch / studies on key strategic issues and prepare the resultingreports and presentations in order to support CCO in decisionmaking .
Interface between otherdepartments to ensure content and relevant details are madeavailable .
Lead brainstorming session for newprojects’ content development .
Provide outline of key messages needed as per project toteam members .
Seek and capitalizeopportunities to expand the working relations with externalstakeholders and in other areas of Communication functions.
Support as an extended team member of theproject working team as and when needed or requested by specificproject manager for high-impact projects to ensure alignment withinternal and external stakeholders .
Supportthe Manager, Communications Projects in the formulationand development of annual business Plan, and yearly departmentalbudgets.
Provide support for process audits;implement & monitor corrective actions identified duringaudit .
Other reasonable tasks as assigned bythe supervisor.
