The position is responsible and accountable forall civil and structural construction activities pertaining to the scope ofEPC-1 Utilities activities at RLIC Site through hand-over to the Commissioningand Completion Teams in accordance with the Completion Sequence.
The position reports to the EPC-1 Construction Superintendent- Utilities and will have full delegation to undertake all works, activitiesand coordination pertaining to civil and structural construction.
The position shall interact daily with itscounterpart at EPC-1 Contractor.
The position includes the review and comment of Utilitiescivil and structural construction related deliverables submitted by the EPC-1Contractor.
Safe and timely execution of EPC-1 Utilities civiland structural construction activities.
Responsible and accountable to review and commentConstruction Execution and related procedures, specifications and deliverablesprepared by the EPC-1 Contractor.
Leadership and work as a team behaviour andattitude towards EPC-1 Contractor as well as its Subcontractors to achieveProject objectives.
Timely review of technical documentation, ensuringit meets the NFE Onshore Project and relevant regulatory requirements includingmethod statements & JSA’s

Works in a dynamic multiple locations teamenvironment that has high expectations for flawless Project Execution insafety, quality, cost and schedule performances, which requires the incumbentto demonstrate capacity to take workload, work with accuracy, take initiatives,be inventive and have the ability to multi-task as essential skills.

Hands-on approach towards the works andactivities.
Minimum fifteen (15) years in Project Execution,with a strong background in fabrication, construction and management of largegreen field construction activities.
Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging(AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases.
Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.
Experience with LNG Projects.
Technical background as a discipline engineer,Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Construction Superintendent or ConstructionManager with solid Project Execution experience.
