Qatar Foundation is an established organization, with a variety of Centres, programs and plans for expansion, our process began with designing / reworking the mission statement of the Foundation and the Centres and then looking at the broader issues of vision.
To assist in creation of ROTA's event calendar and be a primary player in event delivery
To manage assignment of tasks including development of job descriptions and training for volunteers, contractors and team members for ROTA's events
To manage contactors, team members and volunteers to ensure professional event delivery
To manage ROTA's venue hire requirements (e.g. functions, community impact days) to meet program objectives and working closely with ROTA team members
To lead and manage the logistical operations associated with ROTA's events and
Planning & Organizing - Ability to plan own work, manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure of tight and conflicting deadlines.
Teamwork - Very good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations in a multi-
cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
Information Technology - Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
