Your next challenge : Achievement of individual targets set by the business on a weekly,monthly and quarterly basis. Safeguard all administrationassociated with the role is completed correctly and within agreedtimeframes.

Ensure you consistently deliver a first classexperience to all customers. Keeping updated on new products andservices to be able to advise customers accordingly.

Take ownershipof your customer's queries or needs, dealing with them in apositive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and / or seenthrough to completion.

Listen to customers’ needs and consistentlymeet or exceed their expectations with the company’s products andservices. Always look at things from the customer’s point of view.

Effectively work in a team where partnership and support is vitalto the call centre’s success. Align own efforts towards achievingpersonal and team goals.

Continuously keep up to date with industrytrends and competitive activity. Ability to communicate effectivelyand positively with both customers and teams.

Be an ambassador forthe company’s brand.
