Key Responsibilities AndAccountability
Monitor andmaintain AJMNs IT Infrastructure systems stability and performancein Doha and global locations, and resolves any impact to service,ensure key performance indicators and servicelevel agreements aremet.
Identify and resolve faults, incidents, problems,service requests and change requests from the AJMN Service Desk ina professional manner to agreed service levels.
Reactto security incidents by performing necessary operations asdetermined by the Incident Response team.
