Major Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities Make sales calls to introduce company and win businessFollowup on potential calls until final status and be able to seal a deal Account management through frequent visits to ensure customer satisfactionMeet monthly quarterly and yearly TargetsLeverage operations technical and administrative resources effectively to sell and ensure effective delivery of a high level of service Prepare weekly sales calls report and maintain a database of all visits and comments Teamwork Assists in the review of annual objectives related to Sales Marketing activitiesMaintains appropriate communications within area of responsibilityProvides information to Sales Marketing Manager in preparation of weekly monthly reports to managementConsults with internal departments regarding administrative requirementsEnsures that all communications are routed through proper channels and in an appropriate and acceptable format Leadership Has the authority to prepare quotations and acquire feedback in order to secure business Has the authority to provide suggested sell rates to be sent to clients Customer focus Exceeding customer expectations by displaying total commitment to identifying and providing solutions of the highest possible standards aimed at addressing customer needs Quality orientation Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved no matter how small showing concern for all aspects of the job accurately checking processes and tasks being watchful over a period of time Unit Competencies Business awareness Should have knowledge of business objectives and how own actions relate to theses objectives Able to learn more about industry trends and current competitors Computer Literacy To be familiar with basic terms and concepts be able to create effective letters memos outlines tables reports and similar documents Specific Competencies 1Professionalism Thinks carefully about the likely effects on others of one s words actions appearance and mode of behavior Planning Organizing Ability to identify and resolve potential problems before they arise Proactive approach Ability to retrieve information from various sources and present in a format which is easily understood
