Job Summary

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Group HR Director, and within the limits of established company policies and procedures, assist the Group HR ODirector in executing all development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

Job Responsibilities 1

Leads design, implementation, and evaluation programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of employees in the entire group.

Assist Direct Manager in Managing organizational development (OD) strategies and processes.

Supervises a group of personnel in a business unit, each performing similar and / or interrelated tasks and activities.

Job Responsibilities 2

Assist in the development of HR functions and other relevant processes and recommends the implementation of appropriate initiatives and best practices.

Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.

Facilitates communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.

Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.

Assists with planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, and diversity and compensation programs.

Consults with management and employees on equal employment opportunity issues and charges.

Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.

Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.

Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.

Makes assessments of the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of local labor laws / regulations. Presentation skills. Strong critical thinking skills. Approachable & helpful.
  • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
  • Job Experience

    Minimum 5 years of working experience
