Key responsibilities : Assist with the on boarding and off boarding related activities of all employees.Maintain staff profiles, both hard and digital copies of employee records.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, working conditions and employee benefits.Assist in managing all areas of employee relations including benefits administration, leave policies, probation, insurances and bonuses.
Provide employees with guidance to resolve any issues that may arise.Liaise with payroll regarding staff salaries, bonuses, leave requests, benefits and entitlements.
Produce and submit Employee Relations reports on an, as-needed basis.Lead the development and implementation of employee well-being initiatives and activities.
Contribute in the development and execution of an outplacement program for all employees.Assist with HR & Admin team and ad-hoc ER initiatives.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Employee Relations best practices.Any other duties that may be required.Qualifications and experience : 5-7 years of HR experience.
Sound understanding of ER functions and best practices.Exposure to aspects of employment including, human resources related laws and employment equity regulations.
