Duties andResponsibilities :

  • Provide managerial support to various infrastructureprojects awarded to the company.
  • Interpret the projects awarded in terms of valueperception and set the milestones accordingly.
  • Direct each project team to plan for strategies andpolicies most suitable for realizing the project indetail.
  • Develop various programsand establish procedures to execute the plan in detail.
  • Plan for various resources using systematictools and limit within tender projections and qualitystandards
  • Improve the projectbudgets and work schedules and get sanction from topmanagement.
  • Ensure that thecomplete scope of work is specified in contract agreements withsub-contractors and that responsibility of the sub-contract isdetailed out in the agreements.
  • Conducts final negotiations and approves agreementbetween company and sub-contractor and forward sub-contract to MDfor approval and signature.
  • Support the project team in selecting suitable people forvarious positions, planning proper performance management system,training and development, evaluation and appraising theirperformance in coordination with HR department.
  • Ensure procurement of suitable equipment,machineries and quality materials for various roads andinfrastructure projects in accordance with the latest technicaldevelopment in that area and project qualityspecifications.
  • Direct theproject team to develop, modifies, implement and ensures theoperation of systems, policies and procedures within theorganization for smooth operations.
  • Provide management support, expert advice and developsolutions for issues faced by the project departments in carryingout their role.
  • Ensures that theorganization functions within the applicable laws, regulations andapproved industry practices.
  • Perform analysis on engineering aspects, projects status,financial health and administration management; interpret theinformation and reports, recommend and carry out approved changesin operation and report to the top management.
