Role Objective

To plan, source, identify, interview, select and mobilize the right candidates at the specific time period based on the approved manpower plan & To ensure that the HR Policies & Procedures on recruitment are fully complied throughout the selection process.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute in the process of filling job vacancies within Malomatia, in coordination with the concerned department managers.
  • Initiate the Sourcing of right candidates for open positions (Including Consultants)
  • Advertise Vacancies in relevant medium for open positions based on strategic Manpower Plan
  • Receive the CVs from Consultants and validate and forward it to Technical Team
  • Maintain Database of Received CVs
  • Coordinate with BU to validate the CVs technically
  • Organize Technical Interview with candidates in coordination with BU
  • Ensure the adherence to Technical Interview Process
  • Conduct HR Interview with candidates technically cleared
  • Ensure that all documents related to the candidacy are obtained from the selected candidates
  • Negotiate & Finalize the Compensation & Benefits Offer with the candidates as per the HR Policy Guidelines.
  • Prepare the Letter of Intent to Employment / Service Assignment / Off-Shore / Consultancy
  • Obtain the Required Approval by Authorized Signatories on the Letter of Intent
  • Send the Letter of Intent to Selected candidates & Follow up
  • Liaise with candidates to obtain required documents to process the visa
  • Ensure the selected candidates undergo pre-employment medical tests
  • Ensure the Professional Reference / Background Checks are carried out for the selected candidates
  • Ensure to receive and verify the genuineness of Educational credentials
  • Process the VPF (Visa Process Form) along with all the required documents / information
  • Liaise with General Services to apply for the Visa for the selected candidates
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Consultants (Existing / New) and Execute Recruitment Consultancy
  • Any other related activities related to recruitment and selection that add value to Recruitment & Selection
  • Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in any Discipline
  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Recruitment Function
