Job Description

  • Update and maintain all necessary supplier information with confidentiality.
  • Maintain effective and efficient MIS and generate reports desired by the management.
  • Be responsible for daily purchase and the handling of cash related to it.
  • Responsible for all store activities like issuing, receiving and inventory items.
  • To effectively negotiate with vendors.
  • Follow all HACCP practices including vendor inspections and review.
  • Proper records of all stocks movements are achieved thereby ensuring reliable data is proved and adequate stock to be supplied in time
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Food Storage principles are followed
  • Outside of the organization deal professionally with suppliers, vendors, etc.
  • Hold optimal stock level and maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock movements.
  • Applies storekeeping procedures and methods in arranging space, conducting inventory, maintaining and preparing records and reports as directed.
  • Prepare monthly inventory analysis and stock movement.
  • Constant awareness to maintaining effective reorder level based on seasons, yearly trends, etc. and best prices and suppliers.
  • Efficiently tracking and handling the logistics of products / items from order to receipt
  • Should constantly be in touch with all the latest trends in the industry and acquire all necessary skills necessary as the company keeps growing.
  • Execute any other related tasks assigned by the management or management representative.
