Role Summary :

You will be responsible for ensure the effective administration of stationary store items and for effective handling of assets store requests job role :

Meet budgets and control operating costs.

Provide administrative & clerical assistance to stationary store

Provide administrative & clerical assistance to assets store

Receive, storing and issuing of stationary store items

Receiving, storing and issuing of assets store items

Processing requests for temporary storage

Ordering & reordering of stationary store items

Develop organization skills

Knowledge of purchasing procedures & practices

Qualifications :

Minimum requirement of Higher Secondary or Diploma.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience, with previous exposure to inventory functions.
