Supervise and direct end to end real estate brokerage QD's retained asset portfolio in Qatar

Manage and perform tours of property

Provide market-led input into the renovation and are appropriately executed, including lease leasing strategies of QD retained assets

Undertake market valuations

Conduct commercial negotiations with prospective tenants

Work with the QD Marketing department to develop marketing and advertising strategies

Prepare and ensure all relevant property documents are appropriately executed, including lease agreements

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local zoning laws, building laws and current income tax regulation

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics

Real Estate Broker license required

5+ years' experience as a Real Estate Agent or Broker a plus

Excellent closing skills

Ability to mediate disagreements between buyers and sellers

Experience with tenant representation preferred

Exceptional communication skills

Working knowledge of computer programs and processes

Ability to liaise, influence, challenge and interact effectively with senior executives

Demonstrated negotiation skills with a variety of stakeholders including individual and corporate / institutional investors / funds, consumer financiers, 3rd party vendors such as facilities and property managers

Ability to coach and develop people skills
