DohaAbout Your JobYou will be responsible to support the HR team and service to department administrator, line managers and employees of the Cargo division here at Qatar Airways.
You will assist in the implementation of new HR initiatives, Company HR policies and procedures, and additional projects to contribute overall HR performance.
In this role, you will work closely with the line managers to educate and advise on different stages of the employee life cycle including retention, training, recruitment, employee relations and conflict management.
You are also responsible to maintain files and update records in HR tracking documents to ensure all information is up to date.
You will draft and prepare HR related reports for HR Management endorsement and approval.In addition, you will be responsible to communicate HR information / update to the Cargo team .
In addition, communicate and respond to queries with regard to employment regulations, policies and procedures with correct information to all stakeholders and employees.
About YouYou should hold a Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.We are looking for someone who has an advanced knowledge of HR operations and administration, knowledge of HR systems and computerized HR techniques with excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
You should have strong organizational skills and ability to complete several tasks and maintain high levels of attention to details.
You should have a knowledge of International employment conditions.
