Job Description
Supervises, plans, schedules, assigns, and reviews the work of cleaners related to hospital housekeeping. Co-ordinates, monitors, and provides technical input for assigned housekeeping tasks and other special programs;
performs administrative studies, conducts inspections of assigned areas, guides and motivates staff, provides technical assistance to the Operations Manager in areas of expertise, and performs any Operational related work, as required.

Job Requirments
Diploma in Hotel / Business Management or high school diploma with 5 years’ experience in facility management within healthcare sector.
Minimum 5-year related experience within facility management in health care sector within GCC is a plus. ? Highly proactive and self-motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks.
Team player, good interpersonal skills for subordinates’ development, team building and conflict resolution. ?Good knowledge of preventive and predictive healthcare housekeeping & janitorial maintenance principles and working procedures.
Proficient with PC software’s and able to write technical reports and procedures. ?Good command of oral and written English is a must, Arabic is an advantage.
