Conducting costbenchmarking
Introducing and registering newvendors
Work on the new initiatives togetherwith the team to improve the performance
Preparing and issuing purchase orders
Drafting contracts
Conductcommercial evaluation
Addressing vendor claimsrelating to procurement or bid process
Co-ordination with the end user to avoid any delay in theprocurement and contracts process.
Receivingand maintaining the performance and bid bonds
Follow with the vendors to finalize and sign thecontracts, and PO's
Monitor thecontracts duration and its renewals, and PO's
